F.A.Q

Do I need to be competitive to sign up for coaching?

Not at all. Some of my athletes have never competed and have no intention of doing so. If you want to get stronger and train with a proper structure, that's enough.

How does online coaching actually work?

Once you're signed up, you'll receive your programme through google sheets. You send technique videos, I review them and give feedback. We communicate regularly on WhatsApp and the frequency depends on which service you choose.

What's the difference between the two coaching options?

The main difference is contact frequency. The full coaching service (£120pcm) means more regular check-ins and communication throughout the week. The weekly check-in option (£90pcm) is more structured -one designated contact point per week. Both include bespoke programming.

I'm a complete beginner, is that okay?

Yes. I've coached athletes from their very first session all the way to international competition. Starting from scratch is not a problem.

Is there a student discount?

Yes, full coaching is available at £105pcm for students. Just mention it when you book your call.
